It depends on your plan. Every plan includes labour, up to £250 of materials per job, an emergency locksmith allowance and an appointment booked within 24 hours. Comfort and Complete add roofing repairs, gutter clearance and an annual maintenance check, and Complete includes unlimited plumbing, heating, electrical and general maintenance repairs. We book your appointment within 24 hours of you reporting the issue. Where specialist materials are needed, the repair itself can take longer.

Yes, up to £250 per job. If a job needs more, we'll quote it separately, with your £250 allowance taken off the total.

Either. Essential is £19.99 a month or £239.99 a year, Comfort £34.99 or £419.99, and Complete £49.99 or £599.99.

Standard plans have a 12-month minimum term. Gifts are paid upfront for a 12-month term.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign up.

On the same day each month as you signed up. If another date suits you better, just ask.

A £15 late payment fee applies to missed payments.

You can, but the remaining payments for the 12-month minimum term are still due. Full details are in our terms of business.

Yes. Gifts run for 12 months and are paid upfront in one payment — gifts are not paid monthly. It is the same plans and team, for their home in Greater Manchester.
