The short answer
most homes need four or five different trades over a year. With one team, you make one report whatever the job is, the same people get to know your house, and you know the price before anything goes wrong.
The usual way.
A tap starts dripping. You ask a neighbour who they used. You ring, leave a message, wait. A month later a socket stops working, and you start again with a different trade. Then a gutter. Then a door that won't shut.
None of it is hard. It's just a lot of small admin, and it tends to mean the little jobs get left.
What changes with one team.
One report, whatever the job. Plumbing, heating, electrics, roofing or general repairs. You don't need to work out which trade it is. You tell us what's wrong and we send the right person.
People who know your home. The same team, from the same company, on every job. They know where your stopcock is.
Your price is set before anything goes wrong. You pay a set monthly price. Labour is included on every job, with up to £250 of materials. That's it.
Small jobs get done. When the cost is already settled, there's no reason to live with a sticking door for six months.
You know when someone's coming. Report an issue and we book your appointment within 24 hours.
Who the team is.
Every FixAble job is done by our own in-house team at Fogerty Group, the Greater Manchester property maintenance company behind FixAble. Plumbing, gas and electrical work, joinery, decorating and building work, under one roof, based in Ancoats.

- Report an issue. Through your account on our website, or on WhatsApp.
- We sort it. We book a qualified tradesperson from our own team to come out and fix it.

- Is it insurance? No. It's a subscription. See how it differs from insurance.
- Is everything included? No. White goods, structural work and full replacements aren't. See what's not included.
- Can I use it straight away? Your first repair request can be made 14 days after you join.
- Is there a minimum term? Yes, 12 months, with a 14-day cooling-off period.
